Cate Phillips(cphillips@usgs.gov) began working on this project at the USGS in November 2007. She has a BA degree in ecology and systematic biology from Cal Poly (2007). Cate is responsible for collecting and analyzing samples to describe the variability of water quality parameters in San Francisco Bay and Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta.
